Submit application by visiting NHIS Seoul Center  or by Fax to the branch office of your residence

○ (Sending Method) Applicant's e-mail, mobile, etc. … Around the 10th of every month.
○ (E-billing Reduction) Reduction of KRW 200 per month from the month of application for e-mail notice.​
